36 candidates for 9 posts in e-Cab election

E-Cab has become the talk of the town at the last moment after collecting nominations for the election of the executive committee of e-Cab, a trade association of e-commerce traders. The e-Cab Secretariat is struggling to cope with the increasing pressure of the members. 10 people collected nominations till 12 noon on Wednesday, May 18th. They are: Mohammad Abdul Waheed Tamal (ComJagat Technology, MD Ruhul Quddus Chhotan (Focus Frame), Shahriar Hasan (Paper Fly), Syeda Ambreen Reza (FoodPanda), MD Sofayet Mahmood (SM International), Shafqat Haidar (CPro), MD Abdul Alim (Publics Metro), Samdani Tabriz (Rapido Delivery), Abdul Aziz (Jachai) and Mafia Nahid (Jachai). Shafqat Haider, MD Sofayet Mahmud, Mohammad Tajul Islam, MD Selim Sheikh, Abdul Azizi, AM Ishtiaq Sarwar, MD Abdul Alim and Samdani Tabriz also collected and submitted nominations on this day. According to sources, this time the election campaign is going to be in three panels even if the nomination papers are collected and submitted separately. These panels include Ogrogami, Change-Makers and Renovate. According to Election Board sources, e-Cab Election Board Chairman Amin Helali and two members Abdur Razzak and Bazlur Rahman will meet in the afternoon. The list of valid candidates will be released on May 19 at 4 pm.
